Start earlier than you think

Group air and hotel blocks get harder to find as dates get closer. For international or large groups, we like to start nine to twelve months out. Our group travel planning timeline walks through each stage.

Common questions

How many people make a group?

Airlines usually treat ten or more travelers as a group, but we'll coordinate any trip where people need to arrive and leave together.

Can travelers fly from different cities?

Yes. We regularly coordinate groups arriving from several cities, and several countries, to one event.

What happens if someone drops out?

It depends on the airline's and hotel's group terms. We'll explain them before you sign and help with name changes when they come up.
