What we check for each traveler

• Passport validity and blank pages for every country on the itinerary
• Visas or electronic authorizations, like the UK ETA
• New border procedures, like Europe's Entry/Exit System, and the extra time they need
• Transit rules for connections in third countries
• Current U.S. State Department travel advisories for the destination

Multi-country and multi-origin trips

What we can't do for you

Travelers need to submit their own passport applications and some authorizations themselves. We'll tell each traveler exactly what they need, point them to the official application, and remind them before it's too late. Our resources page links to the official sources.

We guide travelers through what they need and link them to the official applications. Most applications must be submitted by the traveler.

Do Americans need ETIAS for Europe yet?

Not as of September 2026. ETIAS has no confirmed start date. We'll let clients know as soon as the EU announces one.

Can you help with trips to places with travel advisories?

We share the current State Department advisory for every destination and work with your organization's own rules for higher-risk travel.
