• We book inside your lodging and meal limits, including the FY 2027 per diem rates that start October 1, 2026.
• Invoices include the details your finance office needs, like department, PO number or grant code.
• For trips booked for someone outside your organization, like a witness or a guest speaker, we coordinate directly with the traveler so your staff doesn't have to.
• Group trips follow a clear timeline with deadlines for names, approvals and IDs. Here's the timeline we use.

Can you follow our state or institutional travel rules?

Yes. Send us your policy and we'll book inside it. When a trip can't be booked within the limits, we tell you why before anything is purchased.

Do you book travel for people who aren't our employees?

Yes. We regularly arrange travel for guest speakers, visiting scholars, witnesses and experts on behalf of the organization paying for it.

Can you handle last-minute trips?

Yes. Short-notice travel is common for courts and research teams. Call us and we'll get started right away.
